- Custom solutions developed for clients become client property upon full payment
- Generic improvements to our services remain Ohtonomi property

8. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- Clients are responsible for backing up their data
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements:
- With written notice as specified in the service agreement
- Immediately for breach of terms
- Upon completion of agreed services
- Termination does not affect payment obligations for completed work

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ohtonomi is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
